Najee
Opening up Friday Night, Najee and his band will play some of his smooth jazz classics! With multiple Gold albums to his credit, Najee is one of the founding fathers of the smooth jazz format, leading to his two Soul Train Awards (1991 & 1993) and NAACP Image Award for Best Jazz Artist (2006).
Eric Darius
It doesn’t seem like a Getaway without our friend Eric Darius.
Eric will be joining BC and the BC Band on Saturday Night at the Fairmont, bringing that incredible energy.

Returning to the Chicago Jazz Getaway is AverySunshine! We’re so happy to have her back in our Getaway Family. Avery*Sunshine opens up Saturday night!
Marcus Anderson
Always the life of the party, Marcus Anderson is going to light up the stage at Buddy Buy’s Legends this year, hosting the VIP/Platinum Welcome Dinner & Jam Session plus the Saturday afternoon VIP/Platinum event at Goose Island Brewing Company.
After spending many years touring with Prince, he knows a little something about jam sessions!
